I’m currently putting together a treatment course that brings together two powerful approaches: Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Hypnotherapy.

This course is designed to help you shift the way your brain interprets pain, break free from fear cycles, and create real change — not just in your symptoms, but in how you feel about yourself and your life.

Luke Hodges - Chronic Pain & Symptoms Coach / Hypnotherapist 

I’m Luke, and I’ve been where you are. I’ve faced back pain, tinnitus, fatigue & a multitude more symptoms that conventional treatments couldn’t fix. What I learned transformed my life: these symptoms weren’t just physical—they were signals from my body, urging me to grow and change.

Guided by my training under Dr. Howard Schubiner, I specialise in helping people understand the mind-body connection and recover from chronic pain. My mission is simple: to help you move beyond pain and create a life you love.

We start by exploring the deeper message behind your pain. Chronic symptoms are often linked to stress, unresolved emotions, and the way your brain processes signals from your body. You’ll learn why your pain is not “in your head” but rather a reflection of your nervous system being stuck in overdrive.

Step 2: Building Awareness

 

Through guided sessions, we’ll identify the emotional and psychological triggers contributing to your pain. You’ll develop tools to calm your nervous system, reframe your mindset, and create a sense of safety in your body.

Step 3: Rewiring Your Brain’s Response to Pain

 

Pain can feel automatic, but it’s not permanent. Using evidence-based techniques like Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Somatic Tracking & Hypnotherapy techniques we’ll help your brain unlearn the pain cycle and replace it with healthier, more adaptive responses.

Step 4: Thriving Beyond Pain
